

Recently I had a transatlantic forwarding request for a box containing several items. Shipping a box containing 15 envelopes and 3 bags of online clothing purchases is $70, avoid doing that if possible. Shipping an envelope containing 1or 2 plastic cards overseas is $7. Each mail item has a unique ID in the digital system which prevents mix-ups or getting lost. My overall charges run from $20-45 a month. Paying $6.98/month for basic service which requires 50-cent charges for every piece of incoming mail, and action requests, with additional charges for shipping. Make sure the forwarding request for all of them is provided, and your linked payment method works, or you can't approve the forwarding request. Took me a few days to get the hang of the app, most complicated thing is when you have to select multiple items of mail to forward them all in the same package. Look at their Social Media? Where are all the negative reviews.? Not once did I curse, raise my voice or say anything inappropriate. They are probably hoping you will not go back and look. But what you don't realize is that they deleted your comments so when others customers have an issue they will think that they are the only ones with the problem. When you leave a negative review or experience on Facebook, Instagram, X.what they will do is contact you by PM saying they want to resolve it. IMO this is a very unethical company as the only way they seem to be able to get good reviews is to block anyone that shares their negative experiences.

She told Anytime Mailbox they were going to cancel my account and not accept any mail and Anytime mailbox sent me an email trying to move my account to another location without telling me why or showing proof of what I did wrong. Obviously a big mistake as she later lied and said I yelled at her according to Anytime Mailbox. So I called PacnmailPlus in Hampton Virginia and spoke with Karen the manager.

They also sent me a thread from another customer asking me if I wanted to add my husband even though I am not married. I contacted Anytime Mailbox by Facebook messenger and before I could even get an answer they would send me emails saying my issues were resolved. Both were either scanned or photographed incorrectly. I have been with them since around April and only have received 2 letters. If your ask for proof of any wrongdoing they will ignore you. Instead they will delete your account or offer to move you forcing you to start all over changing all your mail and redoing the notary. They are also not holding facilities accountable for shoddy business practices. They are deleting negative experiences from Facebook, Instagram and X and if you say anything about it they will block you. I am in shock at what this company is capable of.
